Suppliers
- Liase with all suppliers booked by the couple – 4 weeks prior to the wedding date
- Act as a point of contact for all suppliers
- Accompanying the couple of the venue in the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding date for the final details appointment
Planning
- Regular face to face and telephone support for up to 3 months of planning in the lead up to the wedding date
- Etiquette advice
- Creating a timeline for the day
- Ensuring the day is compliant with Covid 19 Government guidelines regarding weddings
Delivery
- Full on the day set up, management and pack down including implementing the design
- Rehearsal management can be arranged with prior notice
- Travel and accommodation support for the weekend / multi day wedding celebration can be arranged with prior notice
